Rider Login
Here's exactly how money moves through 38 Arena — what riders pay, what's charged to you, and when.
When a rider signs up and pays online, a processing fee of $0.80 + 4% per entry is added on top of your entry fee at checkout. The rider pays this fee — you always receive the full entry amount you set. There's no cost to you for online entries.
If you allow riders to pay at the event instead of online, a smaller platform fee of $0.10 + 1% applies per cash entry.
This isn't charged when the rider signs up — it's totaled up across the event and charged automatically to the debit/credit card you have on file when the event is finalized.
You can finalize an event yourself any time after it ends. If you don't, 38 Arena automatically finalizes it 3 days after its last event date.
Finalizing an event locks entries, calculates final payouts, and charges any outstanding cash-entry platform fees to your card on file — so there's nothing you need to remember to do.
New producers start with a 7-day free trial — your subscription card isn't charged until it ends.
During your trial, the first $10.00 in cash-entry platform fees are on us. Only the amount above that (if any) is charged to your card when an event is finalized during the trial.
